18         (b)  An inmate or offender in the correctional system

19  or under correctional supervision, whether on parole,

20  probation, postrelease supervision, or any other form of

21  supervision, is prohibited from disclosing or using personal

22  information, about health care clinicians, educational

23  personnel and other state officers or employees whose duties

24  are performed in whole or in part in the state correctional

25  system with intent to obtain a benefit or with intent to harm,

26  harass or defraud state officers, employees and others.  Any

27  person who violates this section commits a felony of the third

28  degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or

29  s. 775.084.  For the purposes of this subsection, the term

30  "harass" shall be defined as to engage in a course of conduct

31  directed at a specific person that causes substantial
