14         In the title, on page 1, lines 2 through 8,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines,

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         An act restricting to specified criminal

19         provisions the applicability provision of s. 64

20         of ch. 95-228, Laws of Florida, relating to

21         offenses against children, which was

22         inadvertently attributed to the entire act;

23         providing legislative findings and intent;

24         providing for retroactivity; providing an

25         effective date.
