13         Amendment to Amendment (105337) (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 18 - 25 ,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 3.  There is hereby appropriated a lump sum of

19  $15,600,000 from the Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund and

20  $1,400,000 from non-recurring General Revenue for the

21  following:

23  Implementation of the act; to replace the Tampa Branch Health

24  Laboratory; for construction/renovation of the Hendry County

25  Health Department; the Healthy Moms and Healthy Babies

26  facility at the University of South Florida; and for the

27  Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of

28  South Florida.

29         Section 4.  Effective July 1, 1998, paragraph (c) of

30  subsection (1) of section 206.606, Florida Statutes, as

31  amended by chapter 96-321, Laws of Florida, is hereby
