11  The Committee on Criminal Justice recommended the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 1, line 31, delete that line

16

17  and insert:

18         Section 3.  Rule 3.250, Florida Rules of Criminal

19  procedure, is repealed.

20         Section 4.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1997,

21  but section 3 of this act shall take effect only if this act

22  is enacted by a two-thirds vote of the membership of each

23  house of the Legislature.
