  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to bridge designation;

  3         designating a specified bridge in Pasco County

  4         as the "Father Felix Ullrich Bridge"; directing

  5         the Department of Transportation to erect

  6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  State bridge 140067 designated Father Felix

11  Ullrich Bridge; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

12  markers.--

13         (1)  State bridge 140067 located on State Road 54 in

14  Pasco County is hereby designated the "Father Felix Ullrich

15  Bridge."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating the "Father Felix Ullrich

18  Bridge" as directed in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
