14         On page 3, between lines 24 and 25, of the bill

16  insert:

17         (7)  Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect,

18  interpret, or in any way address that portion of s. 3, Art. I

19  of the State Constitution and Amendment 1 to the Constitution

20  of the United States respecting the establishment of religion.

21  This act shall not be construed to permit any practice

22  prohibited by those provisions.
