16  after "act." insert:  It is not the intention of the

17  Legislature to impair the rights of the park owner or home

18  owner under any existing tenancy, where the prospectus or

19  rental agreement specifically disclosed the manner of

20  assessing the proportionate share of such pass through

21  charges.
