13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, between lines 15 and 16,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  In recognition of the fact that the Game

18  and Fresh Water Fish Commission can no longer use its property

19  at 551 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach, the commission is

20  directed to transfer its ownership interest in the land and

21  facilities at this site to the County of Palm Beach. Such

22  transfer of ownership is contingent upon the commission's

23  determination that such transfer will not result in

24  ineligibility for future federal funds from the United States

25  Department of Interior since federal funds had been used to

26  construct facilities at this location. This section shall take

27  effect October 1, 1998.
