14         On page 1, lines 18, after the colon, through lines 19,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  owners, except for those lands

18  located directly north of the Apalachicola National Forest,

19  east of the Ochlockonee River until the point the river meets

20  the dam forming Lake Talquin, and south of the closest federal

21  highway.
