13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 57, between lines 15 and 16,

16  insert:

17         Section 4.  Subsection (6) is added to section

18  318.1451, Florida Statutes, to read:

19         318.1451  Driver improvement schools.--

20         (6)  The department, courts, clerks of courts,

21  governmental entities and law enforcement agencies that

22  distribute, provide or maintain any information or literature,

23  whatsoever, regarding driver improvement schools or course

24  providers, shall only distribute, provide or maintain a

25  pamphlet that is prepared and distributed by the department

26  which refers all inquiries to the local telephone directory

27  under the heading traffic schools. The pamphlet shall list the

28  benefits provided by statute for completing a driver

29  improvement course and shall not refer to or contain any

30  information, whatsoever, regarding individual driver

31  improvement schools or course providers.
