14         On page 3, between lines 21 and 22,

17         Section 3.  Provisions contained in the 1998-1999

18  Appropriations Act to the contrary notwithstanding, funds

19  provided in specific appropriation 1952 may be used for

20  production and airing of a television game show during the

21  1998-1999 fiscal year.
