  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road and building

  3         designation; designating the Gratigny Parkway

  4         in Dade County as the "Marlins Expressway";

  5         designating the Jacksonville Children's Medical

  6         Services Building as the "Richard G. Skinner,

  7         Jr., M.D., Children's Medical Services

  8         Building"; providing for the erection of

  9         markers; providing an effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13         Section 1.  Gratigny Parkway designated; markers.--

14         (1)  The Gratigny Parkway (State Road 924) is hereby

15  designated as the "Marlins Expressway."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating the Marlins Expressway as

18  described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  Richard G. Skinner, Jr., M.D., building

20  designated; markers.--

21         (1)  The Jacksonville Children's Medical Services

22  Building is designated as the "Richard G. Skinner, Jr., M.D.,

23  Children's Medical Services Building."

24         (2)  The Department of Health is directed to erect

25  suitable markers designating the Richard G. Skinner, Jr.,

26  M.D., Children's Medical Services Building as described in

27  subsection (1).

28         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

29  law.
