  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road and building

  3         designation; designating the Gratigny Parkway

  4         in Dade County as the "Marlins Expressway";

  5         designating the Jacksonville Children's Medical

  6         Services Building as the "Richard G. Skinner,

  7         Jr., M.D., Children's Medical Services

  8         Building"; designating a portion of U.S.

  9         Highway 29 in Escambia County as the "Don

10         Sutton Memorial Highway;" providing for the

11         erection of markers; renaming the Deerfield

12         Beach High School Outpatient Family Health

13         Center as the "Amadeo Trinchitella Health

14         Clinic"; naming the new wing at Florida

15         Atlantic University as the I.A. "MAC" Mascioli

16         Education Wing; providing an effective date.

18  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

19

20         Section 1.  Gratigny Parkway designated; markers.--

21         (1)  The Gratigny Parkway (State Road 924) is hereby

22  designated as the "Marlins Expressway."

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable markers designating the Marlins Expressway as

25  described in subsection (1).

26         Section 2.  Richard G. Skinner, Jr., M.D., building

27  designated; markers.--

28         (1)  The Jacksonville Children's Medical Services

29  Building is designated as the "Richard G. Skinner, Jr., M.D.,

30  Children's Medical Services Building."

  1         (2)  The Department of Health is directed to erect

  2  suitable markers designating the Richard G. Skinner, Jr.,

  3  M.D., Children's Medical Services Building as described in

  4  subsection (1).

  5         Section 3.  Don Sutton Memorial Highway designated;

  6  markers.--

  7         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 29 from Neal Road to

  8  Pine Barren Road in Escambia County is hereby designated as

  9  the "Don Sutton Memorial Highway."

10         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

11  erect suitable markers designating the "Don Sutton Memorial

12  Highway" as described in subsection (1).

13         Section 4.  The Deerfield Beach High School Outpatient

14  Family Health Center as identified in the Conference Report on

15  HB 4201 is hereby renamed the "Amadeo Trinchitella Health

16  Clinic."

17         Section 5.  The new wing at Florida Atlantic University

18  at St. Lucie West as identified in Specific Appropriation 209A

19  of the Conference Report on HB 4201 is designated as the "I.A.

20  'MAC' Mascioli Education Wing."

21         Section 6.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

22  law.
