15         On page 8, between lines 5 & 6,

17  insert:

18         Section 5.  There is appropriated $42,043 from the

19  Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Trust Fund to the Department of

20  Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic

21  Beverages and Tobacco, and one position for the purpose of

22  implementing the provisions of this act.
