  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; declaring the

  3         findings of the Legislature that specified

  4         trust funds in the Department of Transportation

  5         are exempt from the automatic-termination

  6         requirements of Section 19(f), Article III of

  7         the State Constitution; providing an effective

  8         date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11

12         Section 1.  The Legislature finds that the following

13  trust funds within the Department of Transportation are exempt

14  from termination pursuant to Section 19(f)(3), Article III of

15  the State Constitution:

16         (1)  The State Transportation Primary Trust Fund,

17  Account Number 552540.

18         (2)  The Central Florida Beltway Trust Fund, Account

19  Number 552074.

20         (3)  The Turnpike Renewal and Replacement Trust Fund,

21  Account Number 552324.

22         (4)  The Turnpike General Reserve Trust Fund, Account

23  Number 552326.

24         (5)  The Turnpike Construction Trust Fund, Account

25  Number 552340.

26         (6)  The Right-of-Way Acquisition and Bridge

27  Construction Trust Fund, Account Number 552586.

28         (7)  The Everglades Parkway Construction Trust Fund,

29  Account Number 552199.

30         (8)  The Jacksonville Transportation Authority Project

31  Construction Trust Fund, Account Number 552413.
