13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, lines 26-30,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         (3)(a)  Any refunds of the tax imposed under s.

19  206.41(1)(f) claimed under s. 206.41(4)(c)1. in excess of such

20  refunds claimed during the fiscal year preceding the effective

21  date of this act shall be deducted from the amount transferred

22  pursuant to s. 206.608(1), during the year the claims are

23  made, to the Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust Fund.

24         (b)  Any refunds of the tax imposed under s.

25  206.41(1)(g) claimed under s. 206.41(4)(c)1. in excess of such

26  refunds claimed during the fiscal year preceding the effective

27  date of this act shall be deducted from the amount transferred

28  pursuant to s. 206.606(1)(d), during the year the claims are

29  made, to the Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust Fund.
