14         On page 3, between lines 22 and 23,

17         (6)  The board shall establish written guidelines to

18  implement the purpose and intent of this section.  The Office

19  of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development shall have the

20  authority to approve such guidelines.

27  insert after the semicolon:

28         requiring the board to establish certain
