15         On page 2, line 19, after the period

17  insert:  Any private college or university for whom

18  legislation was filed to create a speciality license plate in

19  the 1997 legislative session may reapply for such speciality

20  license plate for consideration in the 1999 legislative

21  session subject to the application fee which was in effect for

22  the 1997 application. All other requirements in current law

23  must be met.
