14         On page 1, between lines 27 and 28

16  insert:  (5)  The Commission shall submit to the Governor,

17  President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House of

18  Representatives by no later than December 1 of each year:

19         (a)  A financial audit of the Commission's financial

20  activities which shall include but not be limited to a report

21  of:

22         1.  The amount of sales taxes due to the state under s.

23  548.06, collected by the Commission.

24         2.  The amount of license fees, penalties and fines

25  collected by the Commission.

26         3.  The amount of employee salaries and benefits

27  expended.

28         4.  The amount of employee travel and expense

29  expenditures.

30         5.  The amount of operating capitol expended.

31         (b)  A program audit of regulation activities which

 2         1.  The number of licenses issued, withheld, suspended,

 3  or revoked.

 4         2.  The number of permits issued, withheld, suspended,

 5  or revoked.

 6         3.  The number of matches regulated during the annual

 7  reporting period.

 8         4.  The number and nature of penalties and fines

 9  imposed.
