13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 1, lines 15-22, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (1)  "Contract manager" means any person who has been

18  given the custody, and awarded the privilege, of administering

19  state financial assets in state trust funds pursuant to a

20  contract. For purposes of this section, a contract manager

21  includes both the business and any of its owners, operators,

22  officers, directors, or partners or any other individual

23  engaged in the day-to-day management activities of the

24  business in administering the state's financial assets.
