15         On page 36, lines 8-10,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:

20  Any facility which continues to operate without having applied

21  for a license within 10 working days after agency notification

22  shall, in addition to such administrative fine, be subject to

23  a fine of $500 per day retroactive to the date of agency

24  notification.
