  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of

  3         Agriculture and Consumer Services; reviving and

  4         readopting ss. 500.12, 500.121, F.S., relating

  5         to food permits and building permits and to

  6         penalties for violations relating to such

  7         permits; providing an effective date.

  8

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Notwithstanding section 102 of chapter

12  92-291, Laws of Florida, sections 500.12 and 500.121, Florida

13  Statutes, shall not stand repealed on October 1, 1998, as

14  scheduled by that law, but those sections are revived and

15  readopted.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1998.

20    Saves s. 500.12, F.S., relating to food permits and to
      building permits for establishments selling food, and s.
21    500.121, F.S., relating to disciplinary actions by the
      Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services relating
22    to such permits, from scheduled repeal.
