15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  Florida.  The Marine Fisheries

18  Commission is directed to initiate by July 1, 1998, rulemaking

19  to adjust by rule the use of gear on vessels longer than 22

20  feet but less than 25 feet in length where the primary power

21  of the vessel is mounted forward of the vessel center point in

22  order to prevent the illegal use
