20 496.403 Application.--Sections 496.401-496.424 do not
21 apply to bona fide religious institutions, educational
22 institutions, and state agencies or other government entities
23 or persons or organizations who solicit or act as professional
24 fundraising consultants solely on their behalf. Sections
25 496.401-496.424 do not apply to political contributions
26 solicited in accordance with the election laws of this state.
