14         In the title, on page 1, lines 2-10

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         An act relating to the Cedar Key Special Water

19         and Sewerage District in Levy County; codifying

20         laws governing the independent special

21         district; revising the name of the district;

22         establishing revised district boundaries;

23         revising the election procedures for district

24         commissioners; providing for administrative

25         secretary; granting power and duties to Board;

26         authorizing district to issue bonds and to

27         prescribe duties and procedures; giving the

28         Board the power to tax and providing

29         procedures; requiring the advertising and

30         bidding on district work over a certain amount;

31         granting additional powers to Board; providing

 2         stating the Legislature is not restricted in

 3         its ability to modify boundaries and bond

 4         principal maximums; exempting the district from

 5         paying taxes on its property and income;

 6         providing for severability; repealing chapters

 7         63-1569, 75-426, 76-416, 80-531, and 87-528,

 8         Laws of Florida; providing an effective date.
