  2         An act relating to Pinellas County; repealing

  3         chapter 69-1490, Laws of Florida, relating to

  4         the creation of the Pinellas County Industry

  5         Council; providing for assumption of assets and

  6         obligations of the council; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Chapter 69-1490, Laws of Florida, is

12  repealed.

13         Section 2.  All assets and liabilities of the Pinellas

14  County Industry Council are transferred to Pinellas County.

15         Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
