  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the City of Orlando and

  3         Orange County; repealing chapter 55-31098, Laws

  4         of Florida, relating to the number of licenses

  5         which may be granted for the sale of

  6         intoxicating beverages therein; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Chapter 55-31098, Laws of Florida, is

12  hereby repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
