18          (3)  Punitive damages may be imposed under the

19  doctrine of respondeat superior against an employer,

20  principal, corporation, or other legal entity for the acts of

21  an employee or agent only if the conduct of the employee or

22  agent is such that punitive damages may be imposed against the

23  employee or agent and if there is some fault on the part of

24  the employer, principal, corporation, or other legal entity

25  which forseeably contributed to the plaintiff's injury.
