17         Section 2.  The amount of $26,224 is hereby

18  appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Bureau of

19  Blind Services of the Department of Labor and Employment

20  Security for completion of automation of the Talking Book

21  Library. This is a non-recurring appropriation for fiscal year

22  1998-1999.
