13         Substitute Amendment for Amendment (840975) (with title

14  amendment) 

15         On page 3, line 26, after the period

17  insert:  Each protocol must contain specific procedures to

18  address any unforseen allergic reaction to an immunization. No

19  pharmacist may enter into a protocol unless he or she

20  maintains at least $200,000 professional liability insurance

21  and not until the pharmacist has completed training in

22  immunizations as may be required by the Board.
