16  after the period insert:

17  If the court finds, by clear and convincing evidence, that the

18  minor is not sufficiently mature to undergo childbirth and

19  become a parent, the court shall issue an order authorizing

20  the minor to consent to the performance or inducement of a

21  termination of pregnancy without the notification of a parent

22  or guardian.
