13         Amendment to Amendment (533465) (with title amendment) 

14         On page 10, between lines 18 and 19, of the amendment

15

16  insert:

17         Section 4.  Paragraph (t) is added to subsection (4) of

18  section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read:

19         320.08056  Specialty license plates.--

20         (4)  The following license plate annual use fees shall

21  be collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:

22         (t)  Choose Life license plate, $20.

23         Section 5.  Subsection (20) is added to section

24  320.08058, Florida Statutes, to read:

25         320.08058  Specialty license plates.--

26         (20)  CHOOSE LIFE LICENSE PLATES.--

27         (a)  The department shall develop a Choose Life license

28  plate as provided in this section. The word "Florida" must

29  appear at the top of the plate, and the words "Choose Life"

30  must appear at the bottom of the plate.

31         (b)  The proceeds from the annual use fees shall be
