14         On page 9, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

18         (d)  If the court finds, by clear and convincing

19  evidence, that the minor is not sufficiently mature to undergo

20  childbirth and become a parent, the court shall issue an order

21  authorizing the minor to consent to the performance or

22  inducement of a termination of pregnancy without the

23  notification of a parent or guardian.
