16  insert:

17  The court shall also hear evidence of the physical, emotional,

18  and psychological harm of forcing the minor to notify her

19  parents of her pregnancy against her will and the physical,

20  emotional, and psychological harm which would result if the

21  parents or legal guardian refuse to permit the minor to have

22  an abortion which she desires and force her to give birth
