15         On page 1, line 31, after "The Florida Pawnbroking

16  Act.--

18  insert:  (8) PAWNBROKER TRANSACTION FORM.--(a) At the time the

19  pawnbroker enters into any pawn or purchase transaction, the

20  pawnbroker shall complete a pawnbroker transaction form for

21  such transaction, including an indication of whether the

22  transaction is a pawn or a purchase, and the pledgor or seller

23  shall sign such completed form.  The agency, in consultation

24  with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, must approve

25  the design and format of the pawnbroker transaction form,

26  which must be 81/2 inches x 11 inches in size and elicit the

27  information required under this section.  In completing the

28  pawnbroker transaction form, the pawnbroker shall record the

29  following information, which must be typed or written

30  indelibly and legibly in English.
