14         On page 20, between lines 20 and 21,

16  insert:

17         Section 9.  Subsection (25) is added to section

18  186.505, Florida Statutes, to read:

19         186.505  Regional planning councils; powers and

20  duties.--Any regional planning council created hereunder shall

21  have the following powers:

22         (25)  Notwithstanding subsection (12), required funding

23  by local general-purpose government members of a regional

24  planning council listed in s. 369.307(3), shall be limited to

25  such funds identified in subsection (19), except that such

26  members may individually elect to make supplemental revenues

27  available to the regional planning council.
