15         On page 2, lines 7-14,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  repealing s. 373.4149(10), F.S.,

19  relating to development of a comprehensive mitigation plan;

20  amending s. 338.223, F.S.; requiring environmental feasibility

21  review prior to advance right-of-way purchases for a proposed

22  turnpike project; providing exceptions for hardship and

23  protective purchases; amending s. 86 of ch. 93-213, Laws of

24  Florida; deleting the requirement for certain repayment of

25  funds appropriated for the state NPDES program from the

26  Pollution Recovery Trust Fund; providing an effective date.
