  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the West Parkland Water

  3         Management District, Broward County; repealing

  4         chapter 75-353, Laws of Florida, which creates

  5         the West Parkland Water Management District, to

  6         abolish the West Parkland Water Management

  7         District; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Chapter 75-353, Laws of Florida, is hereby

12  repealed. The West Parkland Water Management District is

13  hereby declared abolished, void, and of no force and effect as

14  a legal entity in the State of Florida.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
