21         section 4g. of charter; deleting the provision

22         for expense reimbursement; amending section 4j.

24         at the first regular meeting following the

25         election; amending section 7 of charter, to

26         provide for an organizational meeting annually

27         at the first regular meeting following the

28         first Tuesday after the first Monday in

29         November; deleting obsolete provisions;
