16 insert: Section 13. Section 205.195, Florida Statutes, is
17 created to read:
18 205.195 Real Estate Agents; exemption.--No
19 occupational license shall be required of any "real estate
20 salesperson" when he is operating under a registered broker.
21 However, such broker shall be required to obtain a local
22 occupational license for his or her permanent location or
23 branch office.
