14         On page 7, line 13,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  A total of $913,900 in recurring General

18  Revenue Funds is appropriated in Special Categories - Grants

19  and Aids - Contracted Services in the Department of Juvenile

20  Justice for D-FY-IT Drug Free Youth in Town, a drug prevention

21  program for youth in schools, and for Miami Love Youth At Risk

22  Program, a prevention program for youth at risk of delinquent

23  behavior.

24         Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1998.
