16 insert:
17 Section 2. A total of $1,063,900 in recurring General
18 Revenue Funds is appropriated in Special Categories - Grants
19 and Aids - Contracted Services in the Department of Juvenile
20 Justice for D-FY-IT Drug Free Youth in Town, a drug prevention
21 program for youth in schools, and for Miami Love Youth At Risk
22 Program, a prevention program for youth at risk of delinquent
23 behavior, and for Grants in Aid to local governments and
24 nonprofit organizations - Uleta Park Community Center.
25 Section 3. The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from
26 the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Elderly Affairs
27 for the provision of essential home health care services to
28 senior citizens in Dade County by United Home Health Care, a
29 not-for-profit corporation. This is a nonrecurring
30 appropriation for fiscal year 1998-1999.
31 Section 4. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998.
