11  Senators Latvala and Silver moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 7, line 13,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated to

18  the Eckerd Youth Alternatives program to match private funds

19  on a dollar for dollar basis. The department shall disburse up

20  to the full amount of this appropriation, depending upon the

21  amount of private matching funds obtained and may not use

22  these funds for any other purpose.

23         Section 3.  This act shall take effect October 1, 1998.
