13         Amendment to Amendment (552867) 

14         On page 2, lines 2-9,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18  plan shall be recommended by a university committee, at least

19  one-half of whom are students appointed by the student body

20  president. The remainder of the committee shall be appointed

21  by the university president. A chairperson, appointed jointly

22  by the university president and the student body president,

23  shall vote only in the case of a tie. The recommendations of

24  the committee shall take effect only after approval by the

25  university president, after consultation with the student body

26  president, with final approval by the Board of Regents. Any
