14         On page 1, lines 24 through 28,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18  employer. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the

19  contrary, a law enforcement officer, as defined in s.

20  943.10(1), who is going to or coming from work in an official

21  law enforcement vehicle shall be deemed to be engaged in a

22  special errand or mission for the employer.
