  2         An act making appropriations; providing moneys

  3         for the annual period beginning July 1, 1998,

  4         and ending June 30, 1999, to pay salaries, and

  5         other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, and

  6         other improvements, and for other specified

  7         purposes of the various agencies of State

  8         government; providing an effective date.
