14         On page 13, lines 13 through 23,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18  safety inspectors. Furthermore, the permanent facilities must

19  file an affidavit of the annual inspection required by

20  paragraph (5)(b). Additionally, the Department of Agriculture

21  and Consumer Services may consult annually with the permanent

22  facilities regarding industry safety programs.
