15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18  safety inspectors. However, the in-house safety inspectors of

19  such permanent facilities shall be available to consult with

20  the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regarding

21  state-of-the-art safety standards and related mechanical,

22  structural, or electrical defects affecting patron safety.
