14         On page 2, between lines 27 and 28 of the bill

16  insert:

18         (2)  Candidates for an elected municipal office in

19  Volusia County to be elected under the schedule provided in

20  section 2(2)(a) and (b), shall file such papers and pay such

21  fees as may be required by law with the applicable municipal

22  clerk during an 11-day period ending simultaneously with the

23  time period established by the Florida Election Code for

24  qualifying for the general election if it were an

25  even-numbered year.
