  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Monroe County; amending ch.

  3         97-345, Laws of Florida; correcting a

  4         scrivener's error; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  Section 2 of chapter 97-345, Laws of

  9  Florida, is amended to read:

10         Section 2.  Chapters 89-410 89 4-9 and 89-461 89-460,

11  Laws of Florida, are repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
